10 years of Ownership
Well, can’t believe I’ve had my Discovery for 10 years. Made the purchase 10 years ago today. It’s the best part of 13 years old and still going strong.
Over the years it’s had a few different looks, additions such as a twin battery set up to support us on our camping trips. Overall it’s been the best car I’ve ever owned, we’ve had some trials & tribulations but I wouldn’t have changed anything. It’s never let us down after 153k miles.
Absolulty still love it.
Some pics from over the years.

I’m hoping for a similar story with my MY10 D4. Had it for almost 4 years now and it’s the best car I’ve ever owned.
Kids keep asking what kind of car I’d get if I won the lottery. They are singularly unimpressed when I tell them I’m driving it.2014 - D4 2010 HSE Nara Bronze

Tonka now at 171,500 and just put up the dreaded engine management! So we are faced with a stunning 7 seat workhorse tha has been a stunning family car. We have been back and forth to French alpes, used as a daily commute to Oxford but now got to the stage where we need a car that will definitely get us there Andy back again to Aime this summer.
Order in for the new petrol Tiguan, scrappage deal for Tonka, sad to be leaving this site, many years of great advice help.
Will soon have set of wheels with Typhoon winter tyres, roof bars and tow bar to sell.
Thank you everyone,
Jollybodger
