I'm sorry but that article is rubbish
it talks about Andy Green only holding the diesel LSR - he's owned the OUTRIGHT LSR since 1997 with Thrust SSC

I thought it was about the bloodhound ssc; I read through 3 pages (short pages mixed with other info) on the speed attempt and even had photo's/drawings maybe the link is not correct but I copied from where I read the aticle about the bloodhound.
Oh well off to find the official bloodhound web site now Experience is a difficult teacher, because she gives the test first and then the lesson afterwards!!!!
