180k service

My D3 has been serviced every 15k miles since new either by LR or an indie. It's due it's 180k service and, having helped out service other cars, I'm wondering whether I should just start doing this myself!

I think 180k is a 'B' service, but I'm not too sure what this involves, and I've recently had some work done in the last month anyway and so maybe there's not much left to do for the service anyway? The work that has been done is:
- new oil filter (but not new oil - would I need another new filter with new oil?)
- gearbox mega flush with Dr. Tranny
- new coolant (a leak was fixed on the radiator)
- new front brakes
- new hpfp and fuel rails
- new fuel filter about one year ago

I have an IID tool (Autel) which I think can reset the Service light?
I guess there's nothing major like belt changes?

It also has a rumble/drumming but only when free-rolling in neutral or when the accelerator pedal is not pressed (when pressed, noise goes away). Sounds like a wheel bearing but suspect drive shaft or front diff maybe?
