Welcome
Tyres are down to personal choice really. Many have the STTs and many have the MTRs. I repalced my 19inch Wheels with 17 inch and fitted STTs' great tyres on and off road, they cost me about £100 per tyre and the last set lasted 45,000 miles
MTRs are a little more expensive.
Or you could fit the STs. More road friendly and still as good as the MTRs off-road IMHO
you could always test some before you buy. I couls lend you 4 STTs if someone can lend you some MTRs
EDIT. not sure if the 265 coopers will fit properly, I have 245/70 R17s, 265 will change the wheel circumference, speed, milometer etcDuncan

Try the MBH's sometime Dunc , you'd be surprised.Noisy on the road though , not bad for an MT on tar , wet & dry as long as you don't forget what you're driving.Extra 20 mm approx in height aswell.

I went down to 17 " because you then have a higher tyre wall
