Some tyre fitters will swap the tyres for whatever you want for a small charge.
My black 19's had these tyres on & I got them swaped for MTR's for £10/wheel inc vat & balancing.
I know the MTR's are cheaper generally, but I was very happy with the deal. They may be able to do the same thing for you? (but no guarantees of course)Bodsys Brake Bible

Goffie - got them fitted to mine with MTR's
I now have 7 of them, i paid £300 for 5 and then bought two more off ebay for £60 each. Looking for another one to stick a MTR on then i've got two sets off offroaders

No problem at all, split the tyres off and flog them to either RRS or X5 owners and use the rims with the correct D3 tyres. They are a tad wider than the D3 rims but no rubbing issues at all in my experience.Cheers
