You may or may not find that you will get a steering shimmy or feedback once you fir the 20's along the same feeling you would get with an badly unbalanced wheel. Some on the D3site have reported it but others seem unaffected. One of the reasons for this feedback is that the D3 doesn't have the same steering damping as does the RRS .

I have 275x45x20 on mine and they are only closest match to standrad 18in tyres. 295x40x20 are the other option and these are slightly larger than standard

He did not supply as per invoice. they should be changed to reflect what is on the invoice or refunded.

Same thing happened to a lawyer friend of mine - you are in your rights to send them back based on the incorrect load rating alone - if all else fails and you want his number I can put you in touch and he could sort it out for you.

Hello eveyone and thanks for your replies. After speaking to the business owner I sent them back to them last Friday and they received them today and sent me an email stating they had been received. I initially wanted the 19 inch HSE OE 6 spoke wheels and they have them arriving on a boat from Germany this week. They have told me that once they clear customs they will be sent to me straight away. They are asking $2200 for the 19"HSE wheels with new OE tyres. I paid $2600 including freight for the 20' storm wheels, and then paid $100 freight to return them. They did say that I will receive a part refund for the difference plus another freight cost from Sydney to Albury. If all goes to plan I will have them late next week or early the following week.
I definatly agree with the fact that the invoice did not match the tyres that were received. After probing through this site with a fine tooth comb, and reading replies, I am under the impression that the closest size to the original wheels in 20" for the discovery 3 are 275/45/20. The 275/40/20 were too small. The speedo was out by 8 kph, and it looked strange.

Nick,
When they arrive, let us know what tyres are on the wheels.

Totaly agree with what zebadee says above. I Had 20" stormers on my D3 with the same tyres as you fitted but rated correctly and had no change in speedo VS Garmin Sat Nav reading at all. I Had my money back as couldnt get rid or steering wobble at 55 Mph. I am now looking for a nice set of 19" as Land Rover wont let you put 20" rims on. I work at Land Rover and am waiting for our wheel expert to come back from his 2 week Vacation to dig deeper into the issues.

The latest update is that the container of wheels arrived, and they sent me emails of the 19" 6 spoke wheels and they are not D3 HSE wheels. They are RR pre 2006, that will not fit. They have offered me the 20 inch storm wheels again with Dunlop grand trek st 8000 109v 255/50/20 tyres. I checked the tyre chart and they are exactly the same size rolling diameter as standard.
the only concern I have is that they may cause steering wobble as noted by many other D3 owners who have had them fitted. Is this normal or is it possible that there will be no wobble?
The other oprtion I have is to wait another 6 weeks for another container!! Even then he cant promise there will be the 19": HSE D3 wheels that I want, and he already has my money $2600.
Advise Please??
