2010 Bali Blue HSE D4
I've had this a few months now and have only got around to uploading some pics a few days ago so thought I'd shove it up here.
It's my first LR and despite a bit of a nightmare first couple of months due to a faulty crank sensor, and a few niggles that are basically down to the supplying garage's poor prep prior to delivery, I'm really pleased with it!
I chose it due to the colour, it's a work vehicle for me and the colour matches the branding of my business so I went for it, I must say I'm really pleased that I did as the colour really sets it off, I've not seen another on the road in the same colour, and it has attracted a lot of positive comments so far, which although is quite embarrassing obviously it's good for advertising that the car stands out!
The only 'mods' I've done so far are to add the side steps (great for my littlun to be able to get in, but not so great when going off-road!) and I've also added a Tune2air bluetooth receiver which is fantastic. Plans are to change the wheels for 'Landmark' edition, I'm also considering a rear ladder as it could be useful work wise, and that's pretty much it!

Anyway, due to work I end up driving around some pretty spectacular places, so I'll add any pics I get to this thread as and when.

Looks nice, but why scribble out the branding of your website, someone here may need your services one day. Bodsys Brake Bible

I've always been very careful to keep my personal and business online profiles separate, I'm not on here to advertise the business

That's fair enough, but theres a member to member services section you can use. Many people have been helped out by people's knowledge or direct work from other members. You'd be truly amazed at the very very wide range of skills and professions that lurk on this site. Bodsys Brake Bible

Always wondered why folk hide their plates on pictures?
If someone wanted to clone a plate - easy enough
If someone wanted to nick it - just put your location as somewhere a bit random (or the local police station ) or dont put it on at all?

Yeah the interior is a nice place to be, I wasn't convinced with the beige as I was worried it'll show up muck but so far it's not been to bad, fingers crossed it stays that way!
Adam, you had me confused for a minute! The pics are taken at a few different locations on the north coast, first is on Porth beach in Newquay, second is at Chapel Porth near St Agnes, and third is above the 3 mile beach at Perranporth.

Yeah I love the colour, it looks almost purple in some lights.
Does anyone know what year they stopped using Bali blue? I'm planning on trading in for a newer model at some point and would really like to stick with the same colour if possible.

Nice pics of the local area
It's looking a bit rougher than that just now!
That would indeed look great with Landmark alloys. Mikey was selling a set...
(and i just might part with a set soon)Long succession of Disco's since 2001...
SIII Lightweight - neglected & rusting. Bulkhead, A panels, vent panel & outriggers now disintegrated - Next years project!
