2010 Disco 4 Likely Issues

Hi

Need to replace my Disco 4 after theft. Am looking for a similar model but want to know what to look for - on mine i'd had front wishbones, read disc brakes, DPF clean and fuel gauge sender and connectors replaced. Any other common issues given that age I should be wary of?

Thanks in advance - gutted mine got stolen. Any advice re preventing theft also welcome.

No DPF in my 2010 D4 (105,000), but apart from that I have replaced the same things as you.

In addition to this, in the past year I have replaced the parking brake and the air compressor, although that needs looking at again as faults are still randomly occurring, but I can’t get it back in to the garage to look at it again.

Having started to feel mine was unreliable, I have decided it is simply old, heavy and has high mileage, therefore, things simply wear out and need replacing.
