I am going to look at a 2013 D4 hse luxury spec and wondering what things i should be looking for over and above my previous "standard" HSE
I know of things like rear seat entertainment and leather dash binnacle but what else should be standard?
Adaptive lights?
front tv?
Remote park heat?
rear screen headphones?

Do you already have the VIN? if affirmative, take a look at the factory config from TOPIx. Lines starting “less ..” mean that option was not selected.

Hi Paul, I have a 2013 HSEL, and it’s got all you say. The only thing on your list that I recall I opted for was the remote park heat.

No, not seen the car yet. Its somebody who has contacted me wanting a deal with the q7 i have for sale 
Cheers Gareth, my last HSE had just about everything but a lot (like remote park heat) was retrofitted by me. Just wanted to make sure i wasn't expecting too much 
Will pop over at some point and have a shifty at your 88. Not done a lot to mine since rechassis. Bulkhead next job on mine Previous Discos

Yes I have one of those. I used it to get an age related reg number for my 109.
Built in 66, demobbed in 1972. So was a ‘K’ reg when I got it, and not eligible for historic road tax (at the time in 1999). Used the HC to prove to DVLC it was 66, so it was issued with a ‘D’ registration and historic status.
Apparently not possible now, but the rolling tax status means it’s not necessary any more.

Well, that was a waste of time. The HSE Luxury was an absolute shed!!!! Every panel marked,dented or scratched. Knocking wishbones, no spare key, no headphones for RSE(only one screen working), no mats, no loadspace cover, turbo whistling its t*ts off, rear diff sounded like it was dragging on the floor, and all the alloys had been sprayed silver with a rattle can!!
The guy offered to knock £250 off  . Hmm, let me think about it 
On the upside while driving home i spotted another disco for sale at another garage. Turned out to be a 2013 XS but immaculate condition, lower miles and much cheaper-plus the guy really wanted to buy my Audi so offered my a great price for it. Subject to a test drive tomorrow i may be back in a D4 with a wad of cashback (for mods 8) ) Previous Discos

Just done a HPI check on it and its passed all its previous mots first time with no advisories (apart from usual "under trays obscuring"
So hopefully thats a good sign that its been well looked after. Don't want to go in with rose tinted glasses but already planning mods Previous Discos
