2014 XS Passenger Seat Adjustment

Hi my Wife has just take delivery of her 2014 XS but I have noticed that there is no seat height or lumbar adjustment on the passenger seat on the standard seat spec. Is this the norm ? Thought I would ask here as it seems many of the salesman don't seem to know the exact specs.
