It looks like a SWB D3 with the rear of a Defender, profile of a scaled down D3,
sized like a Freelander, priced like a RRS probably... Big Cry

United States 2005 Discovery 3 4.4 V8 SE Auto Bonatti GreyDiscovery 3

Basically a bob tailed D3 with no rear bumper. Always wanted a short wheel 3 door D3. It would have been awesome.

Picked this up from someone. They turned the Discovery into a Range Rover and the Defender into a D3/4

Sorry to disappoint, but in my opinion all this 'boxiness' is just cladding.

Just look at the D3/4 style bonnet that has been clamped over the (no doubt) curvy one.

Very happy to eat my words, should I get wrong. Thumbs Up

Edited to add: after seeing the above post, I may have to get my knife & fork out Laughing

I wouldn't mind it looking curvy upfront but the back I really need like a box, that pic above with the loose drape doesn't look like its cladding or camo. Hopefully they will be offering multiple back ends, SUV style slope, utility box etc. My day would be made if they also offered tailgate options but I guess with a drop tailgate you would have to accept a tyre repair system over spare wheel outside 3rd party options.
