2024 defender alloy wheels
hi guys. found some defender alloy wheels of a 2024 on ebay.
they are 19"
they say et 41.5
my new wheels are 19" and are the graphite edition 704 style. had to use 20mm spacers to clear my brembo calipers.
my 704 wheels needed a off set of around 6mm to clear. but i dont know what the off set is.
can any one help
dont like the thought of spacers

If you current wheels are catching the back spokes of the spokes on the calipers then a lower offset wheel should help, remember the lower the offset (closer to zero) the more you are moving the outer edge of the wheel from the face of the hub.

The wheel offset is the distance from the centre line of a wheel and the mounting face of it to the hub, so if you take two wheels of the same width one with an offset of 50mm and one with 20mm.
The one with a 20mm offset will have more space between the hub and the back of the spokes, obviously dependant on spoke design.
With your 20mm spacers fitted you are in affect lowering the offset of your wheel by 20mm.

Whilst waiting for a replacement 4th AT Tyre (Yokohama haven't got one in the country apparently!) I sourced a set of Defender 20" Alloys with Pirelli tyres for a trip from Hampshire to Inverness via the Lake District. 255/60/20s (my Yokos are 275/55/20s so there's less than 1% difference in diameter).
Think as a temp fix they look OK.

Considering the tyres have minimal wear and the alloys are virtually unmarked I’m very happy with the £250 I paid. FB Marketplace and be quick is my tip.
