2.7 TDV6 engine oil pressure switch sensor torque setting an
Anyone able to advise if there is a torque setting for refitting the engine oil pressure switch in the 2.7 TDV6? I couldn't find any spec in the manual. I'm looking to remove mine to test the engines oil pressure.
Also should anything be applied to the thread when refitting? E.g. a thread or pipe sealant?

Taper thread I think.
So just tighten it still it stops turning

Sounds fine as it is.
If it were to leak you can nip it up a bit

That was my thinking, there’s evidence of a historic leak around it. I’ve nipped it up tighter than it was before.D3 HSE - MY05 - Java black
