3 belts ?
Went with a friend today to view a D4 GS. He ended up buying it. I mentioned cambelts, because it’s a 13 plate, seven years old.. The dealer said he would change the two cambelts, but not the third one ? He said it was too difficult. Any thoughts please.1955 SWB Series 1 86 inch

The TDV6 has two cambelts in the front and one in the rear. The latter drives the fuel pump and it is timed, too. If it fails you won’t get fuel to the engine.

I had my belts changed by LR just after I got it, fixed price of £695 on their 3+ scheme
it had a problem shortly after running roughly, so it went back to LR who had to take the body off to get a tensioner bolt that snapped when they installed it.
by this im assuming/hoping that LR change all 3 belts ?2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten
