How do I find out what is involved in the 36k service? And anything required not on the schedule?
Has anyone in Sydney had this done/cost etc..

Here in Brisbane I have been quoted around $380 or so. Mine goes in for this in 2 weeks.

I get mine serviced at Austral's in the Valley. I have been very happy with them to date.. they always look after me.

Had mine done late April by Austral in brisbane. The service consisted of:
replace engine oil & filter
check drive belts
check cooling system
check air cleaner
check battery
check all oil levels
check steering & suspension
check brakes
check lights, wipers, tyres & fluid levels
reset service interval indicator
road test
Total $330.90 including GST. The oil alone was $111.52+GST 2005 SE TDV6, white; remapped to 185Kw; Black widow drawers & cargo barrier; underbody radiator guard; Mitchell bros tow hitch; rhino roof racks; Traxide duel battery system; GME 3440 UHF; Alpine W502 entertainment unit with front & rear camera, HiTv GPS & Hema off-road maps.

I am about to take delivery of my new SE so I just wanted to check who might be good for servicing - not only in terms of quality but also price.

At that price I'll be providing the dealer with oil. Has anyone else done this?

Somewhere buried in Disco3.co.uk I found a pdf file stating what is done at the various maintenance intervals (was 8 months ago and can't find it now). Jim Dowell - D4 HSE TDi, 12,000 hydraulic winch & hidden winch mount, MTRs, TyreDog, Traxide 2 x aux battery system, fixed air compressor, Dolium roof rack, MitchHitch.
