just to add, may I say it is well worth having done as ZF (the manufacturer of the gearbox/torque converter) say every 70k if towing on a motorway or 100k/7 years of normal driving.
I have a replacement metal pan filter upgrade

My manual is really notchy from 1st to second and reverse too...It's better to burn out, than fade away...
