Its all very well complain about tailgaters on a tintint, but if you want really good queue you need a steam road roller with a top speed of about 12mph, downhill with all the sails up. Had great fun driving one a few years back on its way to one of the steam fares in Devon, despite our low speed almost the only time we were overtaken was when we stopped for water! The queue must have been miles long, but did we care? Absolutely not, we invited them to pass, we kept well in to the left and nobody wanted to pass - a perfect queue Thumbs Up Talk about Sheep Sheep Sheep Sheep Sheep Sheep we must have been the ultimate leader that day Sheep Rolling with laughter Sheep , and not a Sheep Dog in sight until we got to the show ground where one in a blue uniform asked us where we were going........

Yesterday I was down in Zzummerrzzett for the afternoon and encountered many drivers with their speed locked to 40. Worst example was one selfish being who wouldn't get of the way of an ambulance on twos and blues. The ambulance caught me up and I let it past as soon as possible (sorry Mr.Farmer for running over your nice cut grass), then rapidly caught up with Mr.Fortymph and was stuck behind him for several miles, past road ends, big field entrances and so on, until there was a wide enough bit of road, whereupon the ambulance forced it way past, closely followed by a D3.... My 80 year old mother was moaning that the the "Silly old duffer should get his eyes and hearing aid tested" and should get out of the way of the ambulance, even if its only for a quiet life.

If Mr.Fortymph had looked behind him he might have noticed that his tintent had fallen off too Laughing

I doubt that the tintent had been there when he left home as there was no tow gear - unless that had fallen off as well....
