| 45k Service Schedule List |

Hi guys,
I have just got the service indicator tell me that my disco needs it's next service, current milage 38k, dealer says it listing for the 45k service.
Unfortunatly we only have two dealers in N.Ireland within an hours drive from my home and both are quoting £450 + 
I have a local independent who does alot of service for my business vans etc who I'm going to send the Disco too, just need the 45k Service Schedule or a list of items which are normally checked/changed at the dealers.
