I am, but there's a few times a month I'd be on the Carlow side in the evenings.

Geez yeah, absolutely brilliant Tanters
It was very much a “dip the toe in†to see how we got on. But it was one of the best trips we’ve had & are already planning a longer / further venture for next year. We just hadn’t enough of time at all to get around all the sights in Normandy, so I suspect many a trip will be made.
I cannot compliment the new Irish Ferries ship “The Oscar Wilde†enough. What a quantum leap from the ferries of a few years ago. We love flying & will continue to do so, but I must say that this trip has opened our eyes & know that ferry travel is going to feature quite a bit in the future.

well,
collected my jeep this morning from the dealer in Kilkenny after its 48k km service. cost €650 all in, very pleased with the work done must say. had the towing eye cover fitted as promised and all ok. The disco is running like new, amazing what a service can do..
They also tweaked the EPB on warranty so all good. over all very pleased with them and think ill be back again to them so they get the from me. 07 Discovery 3 TDV6 Commercial (Java Black) with:

Sorry guys, was busy and missed this thread. As Irishrover has posted Young’s do give a great service, but the main thing I have found is that when things really go wrong(seldom but can happen) they really go out of their way to get you sorted and never bring up the were you off roading with this vehicle routine.
For me this is very important.....All dealers can be great when getting a service or when you are purchasing but from experience I have found that Youngs come up trumps when things do go wrong.

well id agree with you there marcon, underside of my Disco definitely taking its fair share of bangs and scrapes and while it would be clear for any one to see while it would be on a lift, youngs never questioned whether i used it off road or not.
But back to service that youngs provide, top quality and well worth a try if you are within an hour of kilkenny! if they say somethin will be done, it'l be done.
Googsy, while there service's and that mite be good not sure about what they are like for trading in against for new! Next time im there must see what would they offer for mine as trade in. Seem to have quite a few D3's in there yard at the moment. 07 Discovery 3 TDV6 Commercial (Java Black) with:

jeep over here doesn't necessarily , unlike England or its colonies , mean a Jeep.. A jeep-over here is a word that generally refers to a 4X4.
