D4 is 4x4 Australia 4x4 of the year. Finished ahead of new Prado GLX and Kakadu, although Prado GLX won bushability. The 3ltr engine was the test vehicle.
Now I guess we will get all the LR bashing as usual  Take the road less traveled. Dual battery system.ORS drawers,LR cargo Barrier.ARB Bull bar,side protection bars,Mickey Thompson ATR's 17" rims, Rear wheel carrier, radiator guard TPMS Mitchell Bros Tow Hitch LR RAI Steel Rims , GME UHF, Off Road GPS, Llams (yet to be fitted)

To be honest i think the Toyo crowd are starting to think there is something in the fact that the D3/D4 keeps getting all of the praise. Apart from 4x4 Monthly killing a D3 in the water most of the press have been won over too and I've noticed that they are starting to write about the Disco shaking it's tag for electrical problem and perceived unreliability.
