I had the body off for a major service and refresh in Feb this year at 160k. The list is what we had done but in addition to this work, I would also replace the EGR to manifold pipes at the same time. Ask me how I know….
I also took the opportunity to remove the surface rust off the body and frame and treat with Jotun 87.

No need to take the body off just to change the belts!- just follow Disco-Mikeys instructions in the WIKI It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
Flack did the big belt service on my drive ... certainly no requirement to take the body off.
But if you're doing it anyway ... make sure crossover-pipe is healthy. maybe take it off and copper-grease all the fixings, so it CAN be done with body on in the future..

My belts were done (Adblue model) without the body off but apparently it was very tight.Is the Adblue model tighter on room that earlier non Adblue models?
The OP has an Adblue, hence me asking.Gary
