Even if the wiring isn't there, simply supplying 12V to the right pins on the memory module should in theory allow the adjustments on the drivers seat to work. And the passenger seat will definatly work with a 12V feed in the right place. Hopefully Chris should be able to prove this soon - he doesn't have the existing wiring we think, but you'd never know, an 'S' may have it. If the seats are coming from a D3 that's being broken, try to get the connector that plugs into the seats as well - chop it off from the loom, so it'll be easier to make connections to the seats.
