Hi Jo
My last service was at Barbagallos and they didn't even bother to check the air fliter. The filter housing had a considerable amount of sand in it  Not very impressed with them 
I recently had some Allianz warranty work done at Franzones and the guys there are knowledgeable and great to deal with. In future, I will using Franzone for my D3 servicing.
Doc D3 2005 HSE V8 model, snorkel, nudge bar, uprated tow hitch (12T), Goodyear Wrangler MTR (MT) tyres, National Luna battery box, Outback roof-rack, Takla seat covers.

I always used John at Franzone when I lived in WA - excellent. He owns a kitted out D3.
