Fairly sure I activated mine (as in it wasn't enabled by default ) ... "used" it once then gave up as it really doesn't interpret spoken commands reliably.

As Dean said above it's pretty useless, save your money and learn where the controls are... by the time you've taught it what you want it to do you'll have bought your next car and be starting again  I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

Never had that problem with either D3 or D4, works perfect for me every time on all commands even when the windows are open and I don't speak Brummie  It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
