Advice on purchasing a used 2013 Discovery 4

Hi All,
Sorry I guess this question has been asked many times before, I am after a Discovery 4 HSE with the SD engine and the later gearbox with the rotary control dial.
I have found a 2013 HSE at a car dealer (not LandRover) which has only 1 owner and 36k mikes, it says full service history but I believe only 3 have been done and it was due one in June so is potentially missing one and late on the current one, but it has only done few miles since then. The car would come with a 3 month non franchise warranty (although I can’t imagine it would be easy to claim on it easily). I don’t really know what are options and what is standard, it has paddles on the steering wheel to change gear, it has Harmon harden speakers (not the ones in the boot rear pillars), it has keyless entry and keyless start and has row bar electrics fitted but no tow bar as it was stolen.
I have looked under the car and can’t see any obvious oil leaks only a puddle of clear water roughly under the center of the car after the test drive, the air con was on, although I guess they would be covered up partly by the under bodily panels. I have driven it and it seems to be smooth and pulls well, I tried driving slowly and tapping the brakes as someone suggested this would knock if front/rear bushes were going. I noticed the front tyres are probably half worn and the tears are 2/3 worn.
I just wondered if anyone could give me any advice of things to look out for and pointers as to when/what mileage some of the bigger service items such as timing belts etc. would be required. I know it’s not the best car to get on a budget but I want to get as new as I can and low miles as I can to *try* to minimise things going wring.
Any advice greatly appreciated, if it makes a difference we would be using it to tow a fairly large twin axle caravan on UK holiday approximately 6 to 8 times a year.

I towed a 8 meter twin axle caravan on mine around France this year up and down mountains pulled like dream

And forget the removable towbar if you towing that get a fixed
Removables are not designed for that sort of towing

Did you take the cover off the engine? Check for marking on the underside of the cover, can suggest the cracked inlet manifold problem.

There are two rules for success,
1. Never tell everything you know.

RLD Spare Wheel Protector
RLD Sump Guard
Narpy Style RRS Grille from Beanie
Discostick 3rd button FBH controller
IID BT
EGRs Blanked
Geoff Gearbox Flush
Prospeed sliders & compressor guard
