Unfortunately chaps I may have to cut down on the pork pies as I suffered a heart attack a few days ago and I am now at home recovering The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything;
They just make the best of everything they have.

Thanks Gareth, I’m hoping to make ice fest. I have been told less pies, less work, more rest more exercise 👍
The irony of posting that I have had a heart attack under a picture of a giant pork pie 😂The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything;
They just make the best of everything they have.

Best of luck with the recovery.King of the typo.
MY11 D4 5.0 V8, Bournville, lots of goodies!
Now departed: '85 RR Vogue, '94 D1, '95 D1, '70 SIIA, '97 D1, '04 D2a. All V8, except for the SIIA - but that drank as much petrol anyway!
Sorry to hear your news, good luck with your full & speedy & full recovery.
I had a quad coronary by-pass almost 2 years ago to the day; I'm 100% now, I think!

That’s a shocker, fingers crossed you’ll get over it fully. Sounds like a complete lifestyle change is coming up, you’ll enjoy it, eventually. Been there, done that (without the heart attack), fittest I’ve been in 30 years and feel much better for it. Just got to loose a wedge more weight.
