All true.

Break it fast, break it often, fix it never. Oh, and you bought COTS after ignoring any attempt to capture a user story because that got deprioritised, so getting anything to work is a chargeable change request. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
