Air supply
Hello, the engine does not run on a Disco 3 I've just got here and it has not run for some time so the suspension is down on the stops. Is there a way of getting it pumped back up without the engine running as it's proving difficult to work on it whilst in the down position. Thanks in advance for any help or advice. Thanks, Dave.

Yes
Hold down the LR button on the fob
Press the suspension up or down button. Can't remember but it's important which. Down I think. You should get a gong sound.
Put hazzards on.
Get out
Shut doors
Hold down to LR button on fob
And also press and hold the top button.
You should hear some clicks and the compress start
It will raise quicker after a few seconds

The compressor is electric so I would have thought if the battery was charged an the ignition turned on you should be able to use the switch to raise the suspensionMY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

I'm not having much luck with this, there is a bung in the front of the air tank that I'm thinking of removing and adapting it to take a Schrader type valve to inflate the tank and then trying to get past the electronics to activate the switches to raise the vehicle. At this stage I don't know what pressure the system works at, not as high as most trucks at 11 bar I suspect. Anyone know or can point me in the right direction please.

Wouldn’t it be easier to Hotwire the pump? I’m not sure what the normal pressure is, but I am sure that I have read it on here somewhere.Simon.
