Got the same on mine and swapped old and new compressor. At my wits end on mine and thinking of just giving it away now

I feel your pain mate , my compressor was making a hell of a racket for a day or so then yesterday yellow warning and fault logged today the red warning and 30 mph max on the dash, so suspect compressor is toast and know its the original air tank so getting new tank and known good compressor and see where i go from there.
I will update with any news as I go along ,but with it being a bank holiday wont know much till tail end of week

Hi

Can also really sympathise, mine was a right mess and ended up replacing my compressor , broken compressor bracket , air tank, all 3 x valve blocks , few air lines and some wiring , mainly because of so many bodges done by others ,

did find using a hand vacuum pump very handy as I tried to repair my valve blocks then using the vacuum pump was able to test if the seals held, alas was letting by , think because the system was full of white dust from the air dryer that caused so many errors

Hope u get it resolved

Ur so very welcome , god knows I had an enormous amount of help so nice to try and give something back

Personally bench tested my air compressor along with a pressure gauge and found it was faulty

Also found these very useful

https://media.disco3.co.uk/gallery/albums/...iption.pdf

https://rfq0mw.dm.files.1drv.com/y4mYBSF3a...2GHzDvbkmQ

I ended up making test kits to check if all the lines etc were not leaking , etc, after I found my compressor was faulty , I fitted a new one then after testing found the air tank was leaking which didn’t allow the system to pressurise , so was just a case of going through everything step by step

Can also check ur tank easily by disconnecting the pipe from the reservoir valve then using a hand vacuum pump , before I forget when I bought a new tank gave it a few coats of under-seal , plus some new stainless steel bolts

This was the hand vacuum pump I got , there are others which are cheaper shopping around on eBay

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/324088092259?ep...Sw~KxeWmb3

Plse don’t think I’m trying to teach u how to suck eggs , it was just something that worked for me resolve the issues I was having

Hope it’s a simple fix and of course more than happy to help where I can
