Air Suspension Lowered for safety

Evenin’ All,

Went to collect our bi weekly curry tonight had 2 wheels on a standard height kurb..

When I started the engine again a message stating ‘Suspension Lowered For Safety’ it webtbaway very quickly. Never seen before and a search didn’t come up with much..

Any Ideas?

I would guess it’s one of two things, either your battery is on its way out - How old is it? Or just a random glitch.

Although when I had occasional suspension warnings it was my compressor on its last legs.

Mine used to do that at a particular petrol station. I thought it was a combination of the car not being level and filling up - putting weight on the rear suspension. It never worried me, and in my case certainly not battery related.
