Anyone know of any good independant garages around the Alicante area?

Try Ilicar 4x4 in Elche. I've always had great service from them.

When pushed, I have used Mundicar near the airport and their fault finding has been excellent.

Both dealerships have been able to get parts next day too. No sourcing problems others have noted in the UK.

Hi Simon

Thanks for the info.
I have used Ilicar for many years and will continue to use them as my car is still under warranty.
What I was really looking for was a "good" independant who specialized in Land Rovers.

Thanks for the reply, yes I know this place, I spoke to them a few years ago when I ude to run a TD5 Disco 2, they did not even have the equipment to powerbleed the brakes. OK for very basic stuff though, oil changes etc.
