Allisport
First of all I have to say that I am very satisfied with the products from Allisport.
Have an Allisport intercooler for my Disco 3 MY 2008.
Now I am getting a new engine in a D4 TDV6 3.0l MY 2011.
When the body is off I want to put a new Allisport intercooler in it.
Have tried in all ways to buy one but they have difficulties in delivering. Th first date I got was after 16 months !
I have a dialogue on e mail, but cannot get a delivery date. Very unfortunate as the body now is off and it would be much easier to install it. Seems that I have to finish the car without the new intercooler and have more costs to install it afterwords.
Tried to call them. Got an e mail from Andrew where he said that they do not communicate by phone.
I believe that sometimes it is better to talk to understand what is going on.
it is a pity that problems with delivery shoild make so much trouble.
Anyway I have no choice as Allisport is the best on the market.

Why not fit the rs500 intercooler whilst body off should be easy enough to get at

Is the D4 intercooler the same as a D3?
If so buy one from Advanced Factors. They are great to deal with and will speak on the phone if necessary.
This is listed in the D4 section but the description says D3.

Definitely interested if it is:
Allisport Land Rover Discovery 4 TDV6 3.0 L Uprated Intercooler.
As said not the same as for Disco 3.

They admit that it is not the D4 intercooler.
It is just in the wrong category.
