The wife brought me some home the other day as Im recovering from throat surgery and thought they would be ideal for easy palatable meal. They are a lot cheaper than the Wayfarer ready meals and have a shelf life of 12 months. Ideal to have a few in the rear storage bins this winter as you never know what clown maybe blocking your path. Also ideal for when you pitch up late to a D3 event and you cant be bothered preparing a full meal. They are really good and appear to be pretty healthy as opposed to cramping 8000 calories in you and bunging you up for a few days.
BTW they are on offer in Morrisons at the moment.
Maybe this post should be put into the newly formed Camping section Mods?Club Exped trailer

Ditto, took them on last Pyrenees Jaunt. Available in Sainsbugs & Waitrose, plus Asda ISTR do the soups. Also Baxter do soup pouches. All fits nicely in JetBoil.

Mutton one is quite nice on a pouch of Tilda Biryani rice, plus a shot of green (wussy) Tabasco. Followed by a can of rice pudding, sultana & nutmeg type, eaten straight from the can.
