Aluminum/metal transmission oil pan for 8 speed

I read somewhere before that we are able to use aluminum oil pan (either land rover part or other make) to replace factory plastic one to add some cooling improvement. Does anyone know the part number source?! Thanks. Is the filter additional to this? (not a part of the pan but available separately)
