Iโ€™d rather have all my products in one piece then have less packaging and broken products. I just recycle it all anyway Thumbs Up

don't fundamentally disagree but you could have probably played a game of footie with the inner box alone with industrial grade air-pillow packaging and taped box, and it would have been fine, let alone the huge outer box and loads of paper in that.

I once had a single CD packaged in a similar outer large box and reams of card/paper.

Cost has to be added somewhere along the way - why do it when [not all of] it needed Confused

Thatโ€™s nothing. Back in the day, HP and Sun Microsystems had packaging down to an art. Mr. Green

HP specialised in excessive packaging. I remember this one too:

Hereโ€™s my offering. I only bought the small white cable in the middle. It could have gone in a standard DL envelope let alone a box that size

And my offering arrived today, I think the two original boxes would have been sufficient, although as said previously no damage to product ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Rolling with laughter 3 pieces of expanding willow trellis. One in each box, arrived in 2 vans, each box about 4โ€™ tall, 10โ€ deep and containing about 50yards of scrunched up paper!
