Hi Steve,
Just like to say a massive thanks for such a fantastic service yet again. Even though you were currently out of stock on the lower wishbones - you still went that bit further to get them delivered direct from the supplier today along with the bulk order I placed without me even knowing there was a problem.
Truly a fantastic company to deal with on many levels : service, knowledge and that extra special touch - going the extra mile for the customer to try and help prevent any supply issues where possible.
Hats off to you and your team - thanks again for your help sorting the parts out for me. 
Just got to get off my backside and fit them now
