Anyone use a Road Angel Professional Connected?

Have been a Road Angel user for many years - but never had a LR before.

Do any Disco 4 drivers have a Road Angel Professional Connected and if so where have you found a good place to mount the unit - on the screen with the suction device or mounted to the dashboard top on the little plastic ring?

And whereabouts exactly did u put it?

I've got one and use the suction device mounted at the bottom right of the screen with the base touching the dash to keep it firmly in place. Its a pain running the lead to there so I use it running on batteries as much as possible.

Thanks RichardM. I've got a new one all ready to install when the car arrives later this month, and was thinking bottom right. Used to have mine dash mounted in the 3 series, but the Disco dash looks like the kind of material which wouldnt take too kindly to something glue being stuck to it.

Window mount it may have to be...

I have stuck cameras / Archo cam to the dash using heavy duty velcro - sticks to the dash very well and cleans up easily when removed Thumbs Up

Yes I struggled to get the mark off my E92 so I didn't dare stick it to the dash this time!
