Anyone have Webasto software near Warwickshire?

Does anyone have the software to diagnose an FBH issue.

Mine isn’t working 😡

I’ve gone through that Wiki and done the suggested resets etc.

I don’t have the software and was wondering if anyone in my area had that and the leads and would be willing to help diagnose the issue, in exchange for beer tokens 👍🏼
