I lost a lot of hearing range when I had meningitis in 2007. I find some headphones better at compensating for the range loss than others. Shure se425 in ear noise isolating work really well for me and BOSE Quiet Comfort 35 are best on flights. However, my Bose are so well used and battered that I'm looking to change so i'm keen to see whats out there, hence trying the new Apple ones.
You're right the price is stupid, but for me because I fly so much I'm happy to pay for things that make my life and travels easy and enjoyable. Anyway, we'll see. D4 HSE EU6 (Known as Jeeves)
