Only By Appointment Day

Just got back from a Land Rover by appointment day trying out the D4

Got the invite back in January, took Hobgoblin as my guest

Tested the D4 over various terrain, on road, off road and even on a skid pan

It's a nice vehicle , the HSE we had for the road bit even had a heated Megan and was given some stick down the country lanes round Elvington in Yorkshire, We only had an XS for the off road section but made sure it went back well covered in mud

Very impressed by the braking and camera system on the D4,

The only downside is the price seems very expensive to get a high spec vehicle comparable to the D3

Hobgoblin isn't trading up to a D4 yet as he can't justify it but would like the D4 reversing camera system on his D3 if any body knows how

All in all a good day with lunch thrown in

What time was your session we were there at 11:30

Hobgoblin managed to get it that muddy we couldn't see out of the passenger side then tried to make it respectable for the next group but couldn't find a clean puddle that was deep enough

We arrived 1.30 so probably as you were out in the cars, and then you left when we were out.

Was yours the sandy coloured Disco with expedition rack and snorkel? I saw the disco3.co.uk sticker
