I had a look at an ARB bar at the Victoria 4wd show today. Quite nicely made and looks good on a D3 - they had one on display. Also a Rhino Roof Rack that uses the roof rails which presumably are standard on all the D3's.

If you have Front PDC, can I assume those will be lost with the new bumper? How do you go about disabling the Front PDC ECU? Or will just removing the sensors disable the system?

Vo Rogue,
The roof rails are not standard on the D3 in Oz.
They can be ordered as a dealer fit or you can fit them yourself. Just keep in mind there are other alternatives on the market for roof bars and roof racks.

Can anyone post the fitting instructions for the new ARB bar? Really curious if you have to drill up into the bottom of the frame rails like you have to do when you fit on the Disco 2. Thanks.was 00 D2 > then 04 D2 > now 05 LR3
Rockjock, will find out from my son who works at the company who supplied & fitted the ARB bumper.

Cool.....
And how much did this little beauty set you back then?

Rockjock, when the bumper was fitted 2 holes were needed but no vertically. There are 2 holes at the bottom of the bumper frame where blots pass vertically up in to tabs that are already on the chassis.
When I get a chance , I will do some in depth photos for the the forum, alternatively you could wait for a future edition of Land Rover Enthusiast Magazine, which is going to feature the vehicle.
