Audio Crackle Fault

Hi all - I have (for some time) had an audio fault, Ive trawled the forum (and the internet) but to no avail - just revisiting it and wondering if anyone can offer any specific advice or things I can check to get to the bottom of it.

I get a random speaker crackle, sometimes quite nasty, and the head unit goes through some kind of reset (doesnt switch off completely but sound goes off and momentarily loses connection to my phone etc).

Doesnt matter what the audio source is, in fact it even happens when audio is off.

The symptons are exactly the same as described in an old fault on some D4s which was cured by changing TV settings to USA - but my HSE does not have TV, so I dont have that option.

Any help much appreciated. Fault code below - not sure if this is related, but it sounds suspicious - and will not clear.

i get this code also everything seems to work as normal although if i clear the code it comes back even if the audio is switched off,i did ask the dealer i got it from as its used approved and all they could come up with was "thats what it does when dab reception is lost" Rolling Eyes after considering the hassle involved with dealing with this i decided to use "fm" and as everything including dab works except the sometimes poor dab reception lifes easier if you dont have to deal with landrover dealershits
 please excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick,thankyou

thanks for the reply, and yes I could not agree more about the dealer network - mine also used approved but I have already dropped them and gone back to my old (trusted!) independent mechanic
