Does an Autel Maxi AP200 work for a Discovery 4 from 2016

As I wanted to replace both batteries of my 2016 Disco, I bought also an AP200. However, during the installation, I noticed that I can select a Discovery from 2014 to 2015 but not 2016. The tool recognises many data of my car, but I'm wondering if all functions are operational.
After I installed both of the new batteries (Exide EK950 and EK151), I tried to reset the BMS but when I click on "battery replacement", nothing happens...

It is weird, but my post from yesterday with the same title seems to be unobtainable, inaccessible or invalid Shocked
I'm not going to ask the same question again as in the maintime, I received an answer from the German Autelshop where I bought an AP200. The answer is: NO. The AP200 doesn't support 2016 Land Rover Discovery.
Autel IID tools that support the 2016 Discovery are mk808s or mk808z, but those are in a very different price range.

Meanwhile, I'm still wondering if a BMS reset is necessary if both batteries are replaced by 2 new ones with the same characteristics: Exide AG EK960 and EK151. (which I did).

In the case that you remove the batteries from the car, for instance in order to charge them, would you have to do this reset as well after replacing them in the car ?

Call me old fashioned, but I'm far from excited that cars nowadays are computers on wheels. When everything works: super ! but if problems arise, oh my god (as you hear every 2 minutes watching "it's LR time"). Who would dare to cross the desert with a "modern" Land Rover ? With an old Defender ? Sure, but with any of those "sofisticated" riding saloons ? You'ld better be sure they come to rescue you if you don't show up on the other side.

(nevertheless I'm still loving my Discovery Graphite)

Your previous post title ends in "《something》?" and whatever the character is cocks up the forum, so you can't find it.
If you look at your profile and select "find all posts by Paul ...", it throws a debug error.

A space then question mark messes the forum up and I've not been able to track the bug down...

Moved this as an Autel isn't an IIDTool.
