LR recommendation is for oil change at 150k miles, but reckon that's far too long.
Had mine done at 95k, it's in dealer next week for 150k service so going to have it done again.
I therefore reckon that every 75k would be ideal.I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.

Evening,
I have finally decided to do a drain and refill myself using Millermatic DM. My plan is to drain now and expect to get 4 - 5 litres out of the box and refill. In another 1000 miles do it again getting another 4-5 litres out of not so dirty oil. My reckoning is doing it this way will eventually flush the box without the worry of removing the sump and having the hassle.
Please convince me otherwise on the oil I am going to use and method? I'm just a bit worried about doing the sump filter myself and loathed to pay a garage £300 for the privilege.1964 Series IIA SWB Truck Cab - gone
