| Autotrust extended warranty |

Dear all
Ive had my D4 for coming up to a year, it was purchased via hatfields shrewsbury and came with a years warranty, I've just reviewed the renewal paperwork from Autotrust offering another 12 months warranty for £558 ( formula x ) and I'm wondering what other peoples experiences are with them?
I got hammered a few months after buying the car for nearly a grands worth of wishbones that weren't covered under the warranty but then they did do the dash illumination ( new cluster ) and a faulty boot lock..
I have seen cheaper warranties out there but I thought id ask here before parting with folding.. www.southeast4x4response.org.uk Responder of 9 years service SE140

well partly due to a lack of replies I've decided to review for 543 for the year, the thing that swung it for me was my local dealer telling me it was the same scheme LR used for approved used vehicles and that my local dealer has an authorised warranty assessor on site.. www.southeast4x4response.org.uk Responder of 9 years service SE140

Is this the same one used when you extend the LR warranty ? Mines coming up to 3 years in September, not sure what to go for, or whether to buy a D5 !! Velar MY18 D180 S Narvik

yep I had the option to renew and to be honest its covered everything the car has needed and is a dam sight cheaper than the others out there www.southeast4x4response.org.uk Responder of 9 years service SE140
