Afternoon all
Well I managed to pass my B + E test this morning and thought it best to advise my insurers that I will now be towing with the Disco.....only to be told that they will only insure trailers and caravans up to 12ft whilst connected to the motor....
So those that tow, who are you insured with?

Currently Admiral, but in the past NFU, the AA etc. Sounds a daft one to me. Currently 2009 Disco 3 SE, 2013 MY D4 HSE and 2016 D4 SE

Problem solved
Moved to Adrian Flux who have no restriction on towing and banked £10 in the process!
Had a quote from the NFU who were stupidly expensive!

I had the same thing a few years ago.
Passed my C+E test and advised my car insurance company a few months later. Only for them to tell me I could only pull up to 350 (or similar) Kilos on the back due to inexperience.
I asked them if driving an oversized artic at 36t every day counted as experience and they simply replied "no"
The logic of insurance companies eh?
