Shocked

That's what happens when you put the wrong wheels with spacers on a vehicle that wasn't designed for it!

Shocked

do they not have MOTs in the states?

To add insult to injury, once the car comes to a stop the wheel comes along and gives them another whack on the rear!

Take a look at 'just rolled in' on youtube and you'll see just how this sort of thing can happen

Unsurprisingly, no. Well, some states have no inspections, some have just emissions checks and some have full safety inspections. The majority, however, fall in the "no safety inspections" group.

Quite scary and perhaps one cause for their high road death rate. The UK has c.2.9 deaths / 100,000 inhabitants, the US has c.12.4 deaths / 100,000 inhabitants.

How many lives shattered. How much blood will spill, until everybody does what they were always going to have to do from the very beginning: SIT DOWN AND TALK!"
