A quick plea while I wait for Sep 30 to arrive (collecting new SE). Can anyone email me a picture of each of the exterior badges (grille & tailgate)? The reason being that I have been offered black RRS S/C badges to replace the green ones. This will look awesome on my Stornoway Grey machine, but there are 2 different types. I only have until friday to get them and Sod's Law has said that I can't find a Disco to look on (in the Navy and stuck away).
Would be much appreciated; 2 types are flat back in a black plastic surround and a concave type without a surround. Need to know which ones I need. Cheers guys.

Out of interest (so I can see if he's ripping you off or not) how much is he charging you for them?
When it comes to fitting the front one remove the old one by drilling a small hole in the back of the grill and pushing it out, if you try to lever it out from the front you'll make a mess of the grill The End

No they're not, they're the front ones. The rear FFRR/RRS ones have the surround as they go on a flat panel The End

FYI he is charging £19.99 for 2 badges, plus 4 wheel bearing covers. I had tried my local LR dealer but was told they were out of stock - is it 'cos they have all been bought by sharp entrepeneurs?!!
To clarify - I need 2 without the black plastic surrounds?!!

I'd be happy to pay that for 2 badges and 4 x wheel centres...
Can I get some from the same source?
Slimer, How is the one on the rear tailgate secured? And how do you get it off! - "Funny, mine doesn't do that......."

That's a good price for the 6 bits, yes you want the ones without surrounds which are the front grill badges on FFRR/RRS
Ian, rear one is fairly easy to pry out with something non-scratching The End

Your best bet is just to mail one of the guys on ebay selling them and ask if they can supply the front badges instead of rear that's what I did and it worked for me anyway The End
