just a story of great customer service 
recently bought an 18 month old Bailey Wyoming and found that the external (bullfinch) gas connector was missing 
Found out it was about £25 to buy one and have it shipped 
So whilst at the caravan show last weekend I managed to grab the operations Director who wrote down on a duplicate pad that they should supply one FOC. He gave me a copy with his card and mobile and I walked away thinking " yeh of course you will" 
Wednesday this week a recorded delivery parcel arrives with a brand new bullfinch connector
