Collected my D3 tonight, and All is well. Could'nt have asked for a more courtious manner, and efficient service. Windscreen done, EPB was sorted and the dodgy / flickering xenon is still dodgy , however this was'nt their fault, it seems the ignitor is faulty and parts are on order ready for me to return at a later date. The replacement xenon was ordered prior to my arrival, but was'nt needed.
So TBH, after the service I got today, and we are all allowed a "OFF DAY", I am again a very happy person who has forgotten the past dealings.
D3 was nice n clean for my arrival, and it was minging when I dropped it off.

It was, and I retracted the thread in January. Seems like BOTH parties resolved the differences, and am totally happy with the service I received.

I think it was just a case of ALL PARTIES being on christmas mode at the time, and I wanted my D3 back before parts were available.
Top marks to them for sorting it out in the end
